How is CAA different from other conflict assessments?
Rather than categorize you as a certain type or point out stylistic tendencies, CAA is a learning tool that gives you detailed information about a range of skills that you can learn more about and improve upon.
You will learn about your existing skills and abilities across 10 different dimensions of conflict handling behaviour, such as curiosity, expressiveness, creativity, etc. that are essential for improving your capacity and generating more self-awareness in conflict situations.
How can CAA help me handle conflict?
By pointing out – through a detailed learning report – a multitude of skills and abilities that you can further improve upon, allowing you to focus on those dimensions that you find most challenging.
How long does it take to complete CAA?
There are 100 questions which take an average of about 30 minutes to complete. Although this might seem like a relatively long time, the detailed learning results report make it worth the investment.
Is there a time limit to complete CAA?
No, you can work on the assessment over time although it is recommended to complete it all at once.
Do purchased licenses have an expiry date?
The licence you obtained for the assessment is good for one year from the date of purchase.
Can I purchase multiple assessments and administer them to a team?
Yes, it is straightforward to order multiple assessments (see Purchasing Options on the homepage) and you also get the added benefit of reduced costs when buying in bulk.

How will I receive my results?
Your results and learning report will be sent via a secure PDF directly to your inbox so please ensure you have Adobe Reader. Also, please check your Spam folder if you do not receive the report within 5 minutes after completing the assessment.
What payment methods are accepted?
Most major credit cards, and interact/debit cards, can be used to purchase the assessment. Payments are managed securely through Moneris.
