ConflictAbility Assessment (ConflictAbility or CAA) understands that your privacy is important to you and we are therefore committed to protecting your privacy and the security of information you provide to us. Simply put, ConflictAbility unless required by law or provided consent for disclosure by you will not sell, rent, lease or disclose customer information to third parties.

What Data We Collect and How We Use It

When you visit Conflictability.com or use our products, we may collect information that could identify you directly or indirectly (“Personal Information”). Personal Information does not include publicly available information in government records or any data that has been de-identified, aggregated, or otherwise rendered anonymous.

Purchase

When you order a product or service from ConflictAbility, it will be necessary for us to gather personal information to complete the purchase, register products, provide follow up service and respond to requests for support. By filling out the requested forms and providing the information you are consenting to ConflictAbility’s collection, use, and disclosure of such information for the purposes of providing the services to you as indicated in this policy.

During the purchase of our products, we will only be asking for the information necessary to process your purchase or order. This may include some combination of your company name, personal name, e-mail address, address (for billing purposes), telephone number and credit card number, type and expiration date (if paying by credit card). We use this personal information for creating your individual account for processing your payments, handling your billing questions or refunds, and other services to provide customers easy access to past purchase details through their account. Regardless of the form of purchase, we will use this information only for matters related to your order unless otherwise instructed by you.

Data from Cookies

A cookie is a small piece of code placed on your web browser, device, or hard drive when you visit a website or use an application. Our site uses cookies to collect usage, session state and analytics data to improve the site. You may block or delete these cookies without affecting the functionality of the site.

When you complete a ConflictAbility Assessment

When you complete a ConflictAbility Assessment, your name and email address are retained on databases hosted by Caorda. In addition, the User Feedback Report is retained. This ensures that users have easy access to their reports. User response data is retained for the purpose of improving the ConflictAbility Assessment and the improvement of our products and services. Storage of and Access to Data

Purchase Data and Cookies

Information collected from customers at the time of purchase, as well as data from cookies collected from visitors to the site are stored on our own site hosted by Caorda Web Solutions (caorda.com). This data is accessible by a limited number of ConflictAbility Assessment employees who manage the website and the e-commerce department. Customers also can also login, view their purchases and change their contact information by signing into their account.

ConflictAbility Assessment

Data collected from users of the ConflictAbility Assessment are stored with Caorda, the designer and technical support for the ConflicAbility website and the delivery of surveys and reports. A limited number of ConflictAbility employees oversee the ConflictAbility Assessment results. Caorda is not authorized to access ConflictAbility Assessment user data or reports for any purpose other than for technical issues associated with assessment management. Note: In some cases where assessment licences have been purchased by someone other than the actual respondent (e.g., a trainer or Human Resources representative), the purchaser can elect to have access to that response data. Once those assessment licenses have been sent to the purchaser they will be responsible for how the assessment data is distributed and used.

When We Share Data

The only other parties that have access to your Personal Information are our service providers who help the site function and make our products work. These include:

Caorda Web Solutions – Caorda provides hosting and technical support to the ConflictAbility team. In providing those services they may need to access website data and information.

Moneris – All payments through our e-commerce store are processed by Moneris. No payment card information is processed or stored on our website.

Shipping and Postage – In the case of hardcopy products that must be shipped to customers, we share names and physical address information with the shipping company (e.g., Canada Post, UPS, etc.) to enable the creation of shipping labels.

Policy on Having Data Deleted

At any time, customers and users may request that their account and any accompanying data (including ConflictAbility Assessment response data) be deleted permanently from ConflictAbility’s servers. At any time you may review, alter or remove any personal information, including the permitted uses of your personal information, by contacting ConflictAbility.
